What you will do
The Enterprise Architect sets enterprise architecture standards,
creates the technology roadmap, drives innovation and technology
experimentation, and ensures process and technology governance with
the goal of aligning the technology systems architecture to enable the
enterprise business strategy. In addition, the Enterprise Architect
leads, prioritizes and develops EA discipline for the enterprise, as
well as with business and IT leaders.
Enterprise Technology Architecture:
Set global enterprise technology architecture standards and drive the
enterprise technology roadmap
Engage with the business at an executive level to understand business
and technology goals
Set global standards for strategic platforms, including parameters for
regional variation
Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Delivery Leads to prioritize
and recommend IT systems and be certain that all projects/products are
designed and delivered in alignment with the enterprise technology
architecture
Provide technical insight and support domain architects (e.g.,
Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Information Security
Architect) with the development of conceptual designs for new
solutions
Make final decisions regarding modifications to the enterprise
technology architecture
Communicate enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and business
drivers to non-technical stakeholders
Set integration standards and drive integration technology roadmaps
and plans
Drive design, engineering, reuse, and application of architectural
patterns
Participate in the strategy for building and maintaining the
architectural runway
Partner with Operations to develop and execute plan to sunset
non-strategic assets
Partner with the Office of the CIO to develop the roadmap to
rationalize the IT footprint to reduce complexity, unnecessary
redundancy, risk, and non-compliance
Review all solutions to ensure compliance with Enterprise Standards;
leverage Technology Reference Architectures appropriately through
Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB) and Strategy Review Board
(SRB)
Promote security, interoperability, standardization, and

Governance of Emerging Technologies:
Understand major disruptive technology trends. Maintain working
relationships with third-party IT suppliers (e.g., cloud) to gain

innovative technology solutions; partner with IT Business Partners to

How you will do it
Education

or equivalent experience. Academic qualification or professional
training in Agile, Lean Six-sigma or ITIL is also desired.
Experience

disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical
architecture, application development, middleware, information
analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
Five years of business experience in strategic and operations planning
and/or business analysis

Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to deliver
optimal solutions
Should have worked in Global organizations to have broader and
